Aligned to CSTP 6, participants will explore Board policies related to professionalism, reflect on maintaining work-life balance, and examine how CSTP 6E and 6G inform daily decisions and interactions. The session also provides an overview of the evaluation process, emphasizing growth, reflection, and continuous improvement.
Grounded in CSTP 1 and 5, this session introduces the district’s MTSS framework and the teacher’s role in supporting all students. Participants will explore how Tier 1 instruction, targeted supports, and data-informed decision-making work together, including supports for students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
