This session explores what it means to grow as a professional educator in our district. Grounded in CSTP 6, participants will learn how to access and engage in professional development, understand the role of PLC+ in our collaborative culture, and examine how our shared language about students reflects our core values. Teachers will leave with a clear understanding of how to navigate professional learning and contribute to a culture of continuous growth.
