This session introduces new-to-district teachers to the expectations and supports for professional growth in our district. Grounded in CSTP 6, participants will explore the seven dimensions of professional practice and learn how district structures—including PLC+, mentoring, site support teams, professional learning opportunities, and wellness resources—support their development as educators. Through interactive activities and discussion, teachers will build an understanding of where to find support, how collaboration contributes to growth, and how they can navigate their professional learning journey in our district.
